Configuring Export Filters

The Export Filters available on the Bulk Export page allow you to filter resources that should be exported. Applying relevant filters will help your bulk export complete faster.

For example, if by default you have 1600+ products you could apply a "Product Type Filter" to only export products with a given type.

If you only needed products updated in the last 3 months you could add an "Updated After Filter":

Starting Your Export

After you configure your filters (if needed) you can begin the export. First click "Estimate Runtime" at the bottom:

Review the estimated time to completion and if you're happy then click "Start Bulk Export".

You will now see an export in progress at the top of the page:
